Best Travel Toiletry Bag + What Toiletries to Pack for a Cruise

We are currently on a cruise, and I had to laugh when my mom, daughter and I all had the same toiletry bag. This bag comes in a medium and large size and is perfect for cruising and small spaces because it can hang anywhere.
In the small cruise bathroom, we hung two on the shower and one on the door. This gave us plenty of counterspace for getting ready, setting clothes down, etc.
What toiletries to pack for a cruise
Here are the items I would recommend bringing on a cruise in your toiletry bag
- Shampoo (Cruises notoriously don’t have great hair products)
- Conditioner
- Face Wash
- Body Wash (if you have sensitive skin or a preference)
- Pain relievers (ibuprofen/Tylenol)
- Cold medicine (just in case)
- GI products (Antacids, Anti-Diarrheal)
- Sleep aid
- Cough drops
- Bandages
- Sunscreen
- Aloe
- Nail file/clippers
- Face lotion (especially for Alaska because the air is so dry)
- Body lotion (same as above)
- Razor
- Hair ties/clips
- Menstrual products
- Make up
- Cotton swabs
- Contacts (if needed)
- Hairspray
- Hair brush
- Dry shampoo
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste
- Floss
- Tweezers
- Perfume/cologne
- Deodorant
- Antifriction stick
- Bag balm
- Itch relief stick
- Bug Bite Thing
- Eye gels
- Face mask
Also, did you know that Target always sells travel sized beauty products, buy three, get one free? So if you are traveling and looking for name brand or more specialty items, definitely grab them from Target.
If you want to make travel sized containers of your favorite products, I love this set.
And THIS is my favorite travel pill case. It’s sturdy and comes with lots of labels.
