The Fast – Day Three

So I starting day three of the Asa fast today… Friday and Saturday I did pretty well, all things considered. I have had a horrible migraine that has gone in waves for a week straight… so I was able to go until 6 on Friday before making myself a shake, taking two imitrex and calling it a night… I was in bed by 8. (You can’t take imitrex on an empty stomach. Well, I can’t. It will make me sick to my stomach…)

Saturday was pretty much the same thing. I was good until about 5. I then had a small shake, took a frova this time and was then fine for the rest of the night, with my headache actually subsiding some. I went to bed around midnight (after playing in my scrap room for a few hours) and slept until 7. My tummy woke me growling and I am going to do the best I can today… my head is already pounding though, so we will see how long it lasts.
