It’s Been A Long Time

So I feel like I haven’t blogged in forever. I just have been too busy!

This whole week Matthew has been at ICRS – which is a big deal in the Christian retailing industry. He was representing a few publishers, one of them being Cook, who had a shot of Matthew that was larger than life at their booth. I got to go down for the day on Tuesday and it was so fun to see it in person. They also had a smaller poster on the inside of the booth featuring his upcoming book Hokey Pokey.

One booth had this banner up… we found it hysterical. Anyone else see what we see? Wrong. Just wrong people.

Lastly, Twila is a marketing friend who works at one of Matthew’s publishers. She also scrapbooks. We have been emailing back and forth and what not over the past few months. Well she was at the show too, so I brought some of my more recent work to show her. We had to take a break to take a picture.

This weekend we are going to Matthew’s long-time friend Michael’s wedding. It is in Wisconsin – very near my parents’ home. Michael is from Maryland (like Matthew) and is marrying a Wisconsin girl (like Matthew did). Love it. Can’t wait to take a million pictures and see what my Rebel can do at a wedding.
