An Update

Sorry I have been a delinquent blogger this week. Being pregnant is making me SOOOO tired at night. Seriously, I could go to bed at 7:30 or 8 almost every night… and I have been. Needless to say it is cutting into my work time at home significantly. Laundry is piled high, the pledge has been sitting out for a week saying DUST THIS LIVING ROOM, packages that need to be wrapped are scattered everywhere… it’s a mess. This weekend, I am going to do major cleaning and hope to fill at least two rubbermaids full of donations for Goodwill.

I also plan to get the tree up – with Matthew’s help. I love having the tree up. This will be our last year with our current tree- I am buying a prelit tree on Dec. 26 (my favorite shopping day of the year). It makes sense to me that our first Christmas with our baby should be easier – and a prelit tree will make things a lot easier! I love that the baby is due in July – he or she will be the same age as me (26 years apart) in pictures. So fun! I definitely see some comparison scrapbook pages being created. Maybe even a whole album – if it is a she. 🙂

Please pray for energy this weekend. Also say a prayer for Matthew. He is on deadline and has been working especially hard every day. Me being pregnant isn’t helping him – he has picked up a lot of slack – like making dinner almost every day! (I love you sweetheart.)
