  3. Congrats on your pregnancy. I bought that book and do agree, it is one of the best books out there and I wish I had it when I was in my early 20’s. Good luck and your pictures look great!

  4. Congratulations Jessica. So how many Scrap etc girls does that make now? Sending blessings to you, your husband and the new baby on the way.

  5. OH.MY.GOSH. My friends, I am beyond the moon happy for you. It’s seriously one of the coolest moments–this first bit of news as the congrats pour in, living with that sweet one inside, hugging yourself in excitement, SHOPPING–all of these things are cool, and then it’s over and you are on to the coolest adventure of your lives. That tiny baby is placed in your arms and you are never, ever the same. Aw, I’m all weepy thinking about it. I’ll call you this week. HUGS–Twila

  6. CONGRATULATIONS! My only advice is to take a nap when you are tired. Everyone will tell you this and you won’t listen…but you should! Naps are great!!! Oh, and there is a great funny book to read: the girlfriends guide to pregnancy is awesome!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

  8. congratulations! i am so excited for you all! becoming parents rocks your world (in both good and bad ways of course 🙂 )
enjoy these last moments with just your husband and you…i wish people would have told me that. we were so excited for the baby, that we kind of got lost in it…and then the baby came, and 4 years, and 3 babies later, i kind of wish i would have spent more time focusing on my man! oh well, i’ll just do that when they’ve all moved out 🙂 j/k!
anyways, enjoy this time…it’s so special!
    congrats again 🙂

  9. The pictures are so happy! Congrats and enjoy all the fun!
    2 tips:
When you’re sick: eat some frozen water. It helped me.
I took some pregnancy Yoga classes. I’ve had a down to earth instructor, we had a lot of fun and I’ve learned a lot from the other girls. The girl that was sitting next to me during those classes is still one of my best friends (and our kids are friends to). All the best!

  10. Congrats, that is so exciting! Your pictures are adorable. And wow, you certainly are getting the ball rolling and getting stuff done early!

  11. My husband really enjoys your husbands site so when I checked out yours I had to comment on this blog. I think I have a couple things I would of liked to have people tell me:
    1. That morning sickness does not have a cuttoff point…I was sick the whole pregnancy.
    2. That some of the things that happen when you are pregnant are disgusting. ha ha
    3. It is amazing when you go into labor and the nurses tell you that you are going to stay.

I wish you the best of luck and the God blesses you with an amazing pregnancy.

    Emily

  12. Congratulations- I was roaming your blog and noticed your request for books. The best book out there is called “Baby Wise”- it is a book about getting your baby on a schedule. My friends swear by it! It focuses on a eat, play, sleep schedule so that the baby will sleep through the night. It is just great. I highly recommend it!! Good Luck!
