A Busy Week Ahead
This coming week is going to be incredibly busy! Here’s everything on my plate:
- Today my Big Picture Scrapbooking class is due. I worked on it all weekend and have it 97% complete, so I am submitting what I have. I should have the few last components completed soon.
- Tuesday: I am flying to Dallas to meet with the Southwest Airlines’ social media and PR team. I am very excited.
- Wednesday: We have a consult with an ENT for Elias’s ears. I think we are going to go the tubes route. We just can’t seem to get him any relief.
- Thursday: I will be packing to go home to Wisconsin for Elias’s birthday with my family. Please be praying for Matthew as he will be staying home to work on edits to his book, which we are hoping he can get turned around quickly.
- Friday: Elias and I fly to Wisconsin for the weekend.
- Monday: Get home at 9 am and go straight to work!
Whew! I am tired already. Please pray for energy, wisdom and joy in the midst of the busyness. Oh, and I never shared the pictures we took of Elias on the 4th, so here are a few of those to make the grandmas – and Sara – happy. 🙂

Girl…. those pics are too adorable!!!! Praying for you in the midst of being so busy!!! It's all fun stuff though!! 🙂
Love the star glasses! I don't know how you do it, but you always seem to find the coolest props for his photos.
Your're officially a busy bee. Have fun though x.
Shut.The.Door!!! Oh my gosh those are so cute. Yes, you totally succeed in making me happy… I actually laughed out loud when I got to the glasses. 🙂 How in the world can one kid have so much joy exude from him?!?!?!
And when you said you had a busy week, I couldn't have even imagined that list in my wildest dreams. Will be praying for you, and more importantly, all the situations you come in contact with… that joy is in the midst of them as well.
love ya!
The photos made me chuckle…he's way cute!!!!
As for the tubes…it's the way to go and better than being on the antibiotics over and over. My daughter had tubes and did well then we moved and she had nearly chronic ear infections during her early elementary years. Then a different doctor recommended having the tonsils out and she's been nearly free of ear infections ever since and she's an adult now.
Hope your week goes well…along with the family-time on the weekend! Blessings!

You are a busy busy woman! Good luck tomorrow with your SouthWest trip…that sounds very exciting!
I think you will be pleased with the outcome of the tubes if you go that route. My youngest had them and they helped her greatly.
Sending you good vibes for the week!
I love the star glasses! Too cute.
Love the pictures. I hope you take some "me time" whenever you find a chance this week. Sounds like you really are going to be busy.
Still recommend chiropractic. Does wonders with kids. I saved a lot of kids from getting tubes. More information http://www.icpa4kids.com
so sweet! He is too cute! I love his photos!
The dentist that my kids go to uses those same star glasses! The kids get to wear them so the dental light doesn't shine too brightly in their eyes! My daughter feels like a super star. They BEG to go to the dentist!!!
