  2. i love violin music. i've never heard of him, but would love the chance to win. my grandfather played the violin and i always wish i had learned it as well as piano.

  3. I have never heard of him but I would love to get the cd. I am sure I would play it a lot… I have a cd of a lady named Lucia Micarelli that I found through Josh Groban that is on repeat everyday in my office. (she is a violinist).I love her stuff so I am sure I would love Joshua Bell. 🙂

  5. I have never actualyl heard him but our pastor used the story of him in the train station as an illustration just a few weeks ago. I would love the album

  7. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to win this. You should look into Josh Vietti, he's amazing also, but is strictly violin! My husband and I saw him play in Santa Monica!

  9. Joshua Bell also did the soundtrack for Ladies and Lavender, and it is a truly beautiful album. 🙂 It was the first time I had ever heard him.

    Someone once mentioned how he played in a Metro stop, but I had never seen it. It amazes me all the beautiful things we pass by so easily sometimes..

    I would love to win a copy of that CD. When Joshua Bell was 3 yrs old my dad sold his parents a new car! He grew up in Indiana, and my dad ended up selling his parents quite a few cars. He remembers little Joshua running around the showroom! He turned out to have an amazing musical talent!

  12. I remember watching that video and thinking, "What in the world is wrong with these people?!?" I had no idea who he was, but always wanted to live in a city where music played on street corners.

  13. His music is heavenly! I brought his CD and Josh Groban's with me when I was hospitalized and on bedrest for four months with #6…always was the perfect antidote for relieving stress!!!
