A Bunch of Stuff Worth Knowing and Doing
TGIF! It has been a busy week in the Turner household and I am looking forward to the weekend. It is rumored that we may put up our Christmas tree this weekend. We’ll see. Going into the weekend, I thought I would share the following:
I’m giving away a great custom book called The First Adventures of Incredible You! Go leave a comment and be entered to win. The giveaway ends next Wednesday.
I also posted a review of the Go Go Babyz Travelmate. I am obsessed with this thing for traveling with a carseat. Check out how cute Elias is in ours.
The Studio’s weekend of scrapbook challenges to benefit the clean water project kicks off tonight. Every major scrapbook company has donated amazing prizes. You have to donate to charity water to participate, but the dollar amount doesn’t matter. I have never seen an online crop with this many awesome prizes, so I encourage you to join in the fun. I’m excited about my layout challenge and I am hoping to get a bunch of pages done this weekend.
Just a reminder that the 40% code for Big Picture Scrapbooking’s self paced classes expires Sunday! This means my class, Don’t Blink: Scrapbooking Your Baby’s First Year, (and lots of others) are just $6 instead of the regular $10 with the code happybirthday. What a deal!
Ali Edwards posted a great coupon for Ella Publishing that I wanted to share here. Ella Publishing is a new online resource of scrapbooking eBooks. If you use the code ALI09 you can get $3 off any eBook that is $4.99 or more. One redemption per person. Expires 11/30/09. (Most books are like $5 and $6, so this is a great deal. I bought 20 Simple Secrets of Happy Scrapbookers by my friend Stacy Julian.)
Our friend Dana is giving away Zondervan’s Along Came You children’s book here. Leave a comment on her blog for a chance to win a copy.
Matthew is going to be going to Uganda in January with World Vision. We are so excited about this opportunity. He blogged about it this week.
