Elias the Leprechaun: Easy Magnet Project (fun craft for St. Patrick’s Day!)
Today I have an easy magnet project to share with you! My family has been begging me to make another magnet of Elias (the last one I did was Easter last year).
I just haven’t done the holiday photos like I did in his first year.
So no magnets.
But I knew that with St. Patrick’s coming I would be doing one.
This past weekend Matthew and I set out to get the perfect leprechaun photo.
And I think we succeeded. 🙂
Here the magnets are after I rolled them through my Xyron 900 which is probably the Xyron machine I use the most. I love that you can make magnets so quickly using it, with a laminate/magnet refill on the inside.
You can regularly get the machines and the refills 40-50% off at Michaels and JoAnns with a coupon.
I am excited to get these in the mail today so they arrive just in time for St. Pattys.
I hope this easy magnet project inspires you! I encourage you to send photos of your kids to your family members. With digital photos today we don’t often get “doubles” like we used to with film, and consequently don’t always remember to share our favorite pictures with loved ones.
Disclosure: My Xyron machine and refills are provided by Xyron for me to use as a member of its design team. The cute leprechaun and the crafty ideas are my own.
