The Paci

Yes, that would be TWO pacis in Elias’s mouth – one for each side. He has been teething for the past couple months and I died laughing when I saw him reading a book with two pacis in his mouth – doing double duty.

He LOVES his pacis.

Of course, I read that we should try to get rid of the pacis at 12 months.

But Matthew would not have it.

And I don’t think Elias would have either.

Now we are closing in on two (in less than four months!) and I have been wondering…

Should we try to get rid of the paci at two? Or now do we wait until three?

What do you recommend? What worked for your kids?
