Giveaway: Plates and Napkins Gift Certificates

Because my sister’s shower was right before I left for BlogHer, I didn’t share much about what a beautiful celebration it was! She was lovely and was showered with many beautiful things.

It was so fun to plan the party. One of my favorite elements was the damask decor theme.

You might remember that Plates and Napkins provided me with all the paper products for the shower. They were simply perfect. I can’t think of a prettier palette than damask and Tiffany blue for a bridal shower. Many of the guests commented on how pretty everything was.

The large square plates were the perfect size for everyone to fill their plates with wonderful food. They also were very durable and not flimsy.

And the dessert plates were just right too! The square shape was very elegant and not your run-of-the-mill round plate.

My mom made these darling centerpieces for the center of each table. I placed a square of damask fabric beneath each to tie the plates and all the decor together.

The “better than linen” tablecloths were from Plates and Napkins and were the nicest paper tablecloths ever! They seriously felt like fabric, but were disposable so we could toss them after the luncheon, which made clean-up a snap. I don’t know if I will ever be able to go back to regular paper tablecloths again.
