My week:
Sunday, August 22: Elias and I met the Browns at the Frist’s free family day. Elias LOVES Sarah. They held hands in between each art activity. It was soooo sweet.

Monday, August 23: Elias’s day care is closed this week, so he had fun with Daddy today. I love this shot Matthew took during sidewalk chalking. Elias is clearly saying “cheese” in the picture.

Tuesday, August 24: Elias loves riding his bike. Tonight we went for a walk as a family and Elias rode his bike the whole time. He has really gotten the hang of steering and his feet now reach the pedals. He’s getting so big.

Wednesday, August 25: Elias is starting to enjoy Dr. Seuss. Tonight Matthew read him One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish and he loved it. He kept saying “fish!” “fish!”

Thursday, August 26: Mandy kept Elias today while Matthew and I worked. They had so much fun. They went for a walk, did sidewalk chalk, blew bubbles and had a great day together! She is such a good friend.

Friday, August 27: Matthew and Elias went swinging today and had a blast together.

Saturday, August 28: My friend Julie (who recently started an amazing cooking blog!) brought her three kids over today to go swimming. Her youngest, Lucy, and Elias are less than a year apart. They had so much fun splashing their feet in the pool.
