World Vision Wednesday

When I traveled to the Dominican Republic with World Vision in May, several folks from Veggie Tales traveled with us. And let me tell you, the people behind the organization are amazing and loving, which made me love Veggie Tales even more.

Veggie Tales is a partner of World Vision’s and we bloggers (Briana, Andrea, Jill and Amanda) contributed to the video that they are now showing at Veggie Tales Live events around the country.

Cool, huh? 🙂 

I’m pleased to share it here. The video is super cute and combines Bob and Larry with us to talk about the importance of child sponsorship. (If you have kids, they will love it too!)

Today I want to encourage you to sponsor a child through World Vision. I have seen first-hand the impact World Vision makes in the communities it serves and the impact child sponsorship has made on our family. Because of child sponsorship, we have had wonderful opportunities to talk with Elias about kids around the world who are less fortunate than him.
