Project Life Tuesday
Welcome to Project Life Tuesday 2011! If you are new to The Mom Creative, welcome. I hope you will stay awhile. I’m Jessica: wife to Matthew, mom to Elias, a delicious two-year-old, with another on the way, a marketing professional, savvy deal finder, photo lover and memory keeper trying to juggle it all.
I started Project Life Tuesday in 2010 because:
- I needed to keep myself accountable and on top of my photos each week.
- My family loved being able to count on a weekly post with pics of my sweet Elias.
- I thought others might want to keep themselves accountable too.
It was a huge blessing and so I am excited to do it all over again!
Each Tuesday, I post my pictures/journaling from the previous week, as well as host a linky for readers to link up their pictures. Please be sure to include the Project Life Tuesday button in your post.
I’ve been a bit behind in organizing my photos, so I am posting April 10-23 today.
April 10: Elias loves his Nana and Papa as much as they love him.
April 11: Melissa bought Elias one of those dinosaur toys that grows over three days in a little plastic container. Elias was so excited to watch it grow!
Tuesday, April 12: Today was my first day at Vanderbilt! I met a lot of people and am really excited about everything.
Wednesday, April 13: I brought in a few things to decorate my cubicle at the marketing office. It feels so much warmer with photos of my family and art that Elias painted.
Thursday, April 14: I have an office at Medical Center East (where I will spend most of my time), so I brought in some photos for there too. I also have a killer mac! I’m spoiled.
Friday, April 15: No photo
Saturday, April 16: Tonight was Audra’s going away party. I can’t believe she is moving to Colorado in a few short weeks! It was fun to celebrate her and her family.
Sunday, April 17: Today I flew to San Francisco with my favorite video crew to wrap-up one last client project with my old job. The flight was long and hard on my pregnant body, but the scenery was beautiful.
Monday, April 18: It was a moody day in San Francisco, but we still enjoyed seeing glimpses of the city amidst the clouds.
Tuesday, April 19: That’s a wrap! We finished up our last shoot late in the day Tuesday. It was a big success. I can’t wait to see the finished product.
Wednesday, April 20: no photo – flew back to Nashville today from California
Thursday, April 21: Elias loves taking off his shoes in the car lately. He cracks me up!
Friday, April 22: Elias LOVED dying Easter eggs this weekend. He was so, so cute and just was delighted by all the colors. Of course, blue was his favorite. He insisted on wearing his new monster jammies, despite my best efforts to get him to wear his Easter ones.
Saturday, April 23: We went to a big egg hunt in Nashville Saturday morning. Elias had lots of fun filling his basket with eggs.
Your turn!
Yeah project life…….enjoyed every picture 🙂 Mom
Love the idea of Project Life. It will be so great for Elias to look back on all of the posts. That’s one reason I’m so glad that I blog b/c I was never much of a journaler or scrapbooker, but now I’m both – it’s just all done online.
I used to work at Vanderbilt. I worked in Medical Center South which has since been torn down as well as the Children’s Hospital development office that used to be in the little yellow house…which has since been torn down as well. Hmm, not a very good track record. Fortunately for you, I think Medical Center East will be around for a while. 😉
That last shot is beautiful.
Your life…. makes me smile 🙂
SO beautiful.
Tickle Elias’ toes for me 🙂
All my love,
Ann
