Diaper Disaster Story – Win $200
My friends at 5 Minutes for Mom invited me to share a diaper disaster story and invite my readers to share theirs. If you do, you will be entered to win $200. Who can’t use an extra $200? (more details later in the post).
Our Diaper Disaster Story
As we prepare for Adeline this week, I have been thinking about baby poop a lot. I remember that when he was nursing full-time, there was lots of poop! 🙂
It’s funny how when you become a mom, you talk about poop.
A lot.
Don’t you agree?
We also like to share our stories. It is part of the motherhood bond. Stories of your child’s accomplishments, funny sayings and poop.
One funny disaster story that we still laugh about is when Matthew was changing Elias (Elias was just a few months old), Matthew lifted Elias’s bottom up to check if it was red at all.
He for some reason put his head right by Elias bottom and at that exact moment, Elias pooped in his face.
ACK!
So gross.
I’m glad it wasn’t me.
Definite disaster. Matthew kept his head away from Elias’s bottom moving forward. I have a feeling he will remember this for Adeline too. 🙂
Huggies Every Little Bottom Campaign
5 Minutes for Mom is hosting this Diaper Disaster giveaway, to highlight Huggies Every Little Bottom campaign.
Some mothers can’t afford diapers for their babies, and have to chose between cleaning out and reusing soiled diapers and going without other necessities like food in order to purchase diapers. Diaper banks help collect and distribute diapers to families in need, but there are simply not enough diaper banks in the US to fill the need.
Huggies’ Every Little Bottom Campaign is supporting diaper banks across the US. So far, 22.5 million diapers have been donated, but that is just the beginning. You can find out more about the Every Little Bottom campaign and how you can help on Huggies’ website
