Project Life Tuesday

Welcome to Project Life Tuesday 2011! If you are new to The Mom Creative, welcome. I hope you will stay awhile. I’m Jessica: wife to Matthew, mom to Elias, a delicious 3-year-old, and baby Adeline, a marketing professional, savvy deal finder, photo lover and memory keeper trying to juggle it all.

I started Project Life Tuesday in 2010 because:

• I needed to keep myself accountable and on top of my photos each week.
• My family loved being able to count on a weekly post with pics of my sweet Elias.
• I thought others might want to keep themselves accountable too.

It was a huge blessing and so I am excited to do it all over again!

Each Tuesday, I do my best to post my pictures/journaling from the previous week, as well as host a linky for readers to link up their pictures. Please be sure to include the Project Life Tuesday button in your post.

 

Sunday, July 10: The Steffens brought us dinner on Sunday. It was so fun to have our kids all together – life sure has changed since meeting eight years ago when we were all single!

Monday, July 11: Adeline and I got dressed in pretty clothes to go visit my colleagues at Vanderbilt, so I wanted to get a picture with my two sweethearts. I adore this picture that Matthew captured.

Tuesday, July 12: For Elias’s birthday, he wanted to go to Starbucks. (He is his father’s child.) Everyone at Starbucks broke out into “Happy Birthday” song for our sweet boy and he got a cake pop. He was so thrilled. We then went shopping at Toys R Us to spend some birthday money!

Wednesday, July 13: Matthew’s mom and sister, Lis, arrived to town today. They were so excited to meet Adeline.

Thursday, July 14 – Elias is so fun! Baseball hat, cars shirt, superhero cape = total boy. 🙂 His MawMaw was smitten.

Friday, July 15 – For Elias’s birthday snack at school, he wanted to bring “fruit bars.” I offered cupcakes, but he insisted “fruit bars mommy!”

Saturday, July 16 – Elias’s train party was a big success! The colors and details turned out just perfect.
