Project Life Tuesday
Welcome to Project Life Tuesday 2011! If you are new to The Mom Creative, welcome. I hope you will stay awhile. I’m Jessica: wife to Matthew, mom to Elias, a delicious 3-year-old, and baby Adeline, a marketing professional, savvy deal finder, photo lover and memory keeper trying to juggle it all.
I started Project Life Tuesday in 2010 because:
- I needed to keep myself accountable and on top of my photos each week.
- My family loved being able to count on a weekly post with pics of my sweet Elias.
- I thought others might want to keep themselves accountable too.
It was a huge blessing and so I am excited to do it all over again!
Each Tuesday, I do my best to post my pictures/journaling from the previous week, as well as host a linky for readers to link up their pictures. Please be sure to include the Project Life Tuesday button in your post.
Sunday, July 31: We had our annual summer party at Aunt Sandy and Uncle Jim’s and Roommate came over for a couple hours. It was so good to catch up and be together.
Monday, August 1: The best day of the trip – driving to Iowa and finally being WITH Sara. Oh how I love her. She is such a beautiful gift. She loved on Elias and Adeline and the hours went too quickly.
Tuesday, August 2: We went to UW today and it was wonderful. So much has changed, yet it is still the same. We went to lunch at the Gritty with Carolyn and Elisa (and met sweet Luci) and took a few pictures on the Terrace. My heart was so happy!
Wednesday, August 3: Our family friends the Pritchards came over for dinner and to meet the girl. We laughed for hours. they are like family to us.
Thursday, August 4: Aunt Gail came over to meet sweet Adeline. Hooray!
Friday, August 5: One of my oldest friends, Rachel, came up to Milwaukee for a visit. It was the first time our little ones were together. We had so much fun chatting and spending a few hours together.
Saturday, August 6: Sweet baths – the boy and the girl. Oh I love the smell of these two, fresh and clean after a day of play and kisses.
Your turn!
Love your photos for the week and how busy you still are even with a newborn. Thanks so much for linking up each week so we can share photos. I love reading them and being inspired by the others.
Love the picture of Elias in the chair.
Yeah for your trip to WI – I am sure it was wonderful. Love seeing all the pics from your visit! 🙂
Love seeing you spending time with friends — so fun:)
I also wanted to tell you that I finally got great help from Paper Coterie on the technical issues I’ve been having since they launched — they fixed it for me somehow, so I was finally able to create things and use the code you posted the other day. I’m amazed at how much you get for your money — I was able to get a poster and 2 journals and it was only $4 over the $40 credit. Amazing! Shipping was $15 to me, but still for all those items for me and as a gift? Not bad at all! Now I’m working on the photobooks I’ve been wanting to create since they launched!:)
Hooray! I love that site.
This inspires me.
It amazes me that you find time for friends and family, while having three children. It really inspires me. I work full-time, have a 3 year old son, and go to school full-time. I’m seriously struggling- and I only have 1 child! 🙂
Bless you.
I only have two and my maternity leave gave us the luxury of an extended vacation. Juggling life is definitely harder with kids!
YOU are such a gift to me. I honestly can’t thank you enough for all you did to get here. It still has me smiling daily 🙂
Jessica – Love your blog and very much HEART Project Life! Thank you for posting yoru pics each week. I would love to see how you actually put the pics together in your album and any special stickers, stamps, etc you add. Thanks again!
