  1. i can hear the pain in your words even though you’re trying to find the joy. your heart is breaking for your friend, and yet you know that you still have to live and breathe when some days that’s the hardest thing of all. i’m praying for sara and though i never knew her, i always took a sneak peek into her world and found comfort in her posts. i’m praying that she will post again. our God is a God of miracles and though we don’t see it yet, He will use this very pain to bring about a blessing. i’m praying for you today.

  2. I’ve been thinking about you this week, praying for you as you walk this road. It’s hard to let go of those we love. Asking for an extra measure of God’s grace for you my friend.

  3. Jessica, I’ve been continally checking back to the link for all the blog posts. Now I cannot find find them at the end of ‘Celebrating Sara. Can you help me that? where do we go to read them now?

    Bless you Jessica….I know it’s so hard to accept….find comfort in holding your children and you dear husband and your knowledge of Christ; He is with you and Sara and yes, all of us to only love her through her words and pictures. I’m choosing joy…..in the midst of my sadness.

  4. I can only imagine how hard it is for you to go to work and keep a “normal life” right now. Sara is such a special woman whose legacy will continue for a long time after her passing but that doesn’t take away the pain of the here and now. Praying for you! I respect your strive for normalcy in being a mom and wife right now!

You embody the joy in mothering our modern day society does NOT facilitate…. No…. Your joy comes from the Lord. Thank you for sharing your heart. Because it’s beautiful.

  6. Oh Jessica, so sorry your going thru this rough time. You always had such good and fun things to say about Sarah and she loved you and your family so much also. I will keep all of you in my prayers and hope for easy days ahead. Enjoy those sweet little ones. My has it been 3 months already.

  7. Jessica, what an incredible friend you are. Seriously. Love on those babies as hard as you can. You radiate love and hope and all that is right with the world. I don’t know Sara, but she has inspired me endlessly to handle my own fatal disease with more grace, more gratitude, and more light.
