  1. I love Bird’s Eye’s frozen pasta things. We used to buy Bertolli frozen pasta meals all the time (and still love them) but the BE ones are so full of veggies, they are so much healthier and really tasty too.

  2. These are so cute! I love corn, that is probably my favorite veggie.
My grand daughter loves vegetables and would rather have carrots or spinach for a snack than a piece of candy. Her school was doing a special event where the children had to try something new to eat each day to earn a reward. First up was vegetables and we couldn’t think of any she hadn’t tried, until we hit on brussle sprouts. So dinner that evening the veggie was brussle sprouts and she picked one up and took a bite and got the funniest look on her face. When asked if she liked them she said no and that they didn’t taste like pretzles at all! She thought they were called pretzle sprouts!

  3. My 2 year old use to eat anything we put on her plate but lately she has become super picky. These fun veggie ideas might be just what we need!

  4. I love this idea! It’s really hard to get anyone in my family to eat anything other than green beans! That would be their fave, but there are so many other awesome veggies out there that I know they’d love!

  5. I hit the jackpot – my daughter loves so many food… including vegetables. As a toddler her favorite was spinach. But now she loves her veggies roasted. I’m so picky – her taste buds are a genetic gift from her father! Best wishes to all of you that struggle with your little ones nutrition.

  6. My kiddos would love that! My favorite veggie – is sweet corn on the cob. A farm girl favorite! Thanks for the chance to win.

  7. My favorite veggie, hands down..potatoes. Especially mashed and made the way my stepdad does for Thanksgiving. And I’m equal opportunity..I love red skinned potatoes, sweet potatoes, regular old baked potatoes..mmm…

  8. My four year old would probably LOVE making it…and then look at me like I was crazy when I suggested he eat it. We have to smother stuff in pasta sauce for him to eat it. SIGH.
My favorite is Brussels Sprouts. Used to HATE them, but they kinda grew on me over the years and now I LOVE them.

  9. I love vegetables so it’s hard to pick ONE. I really like corn so I guess I’ll go with that one. I like tomatoes too, but some people get very particular about “it’s really a fruit.” 😉

  10. I’m making those for myself!!! Thank you for sharing! I have a 15 yr old picky eater (she never grew out of it….)

  11. I love veggies! My favorite are brussel sprouts…really, a favorite since I was a kid and choose them over cookies for dessert.

  12. My favorite vegetable is corn on the cob. Then broccoli, tomatoes, green beans, cauliflour, summer squash, peas — did I leave anything out? I love veggies!

  13. Our favorite vegetable is Brussel sprouts – if you are careful to not overcook, they turn out wonderful! Sautée in olive oil until lightly roasted – use low heat.

  14. Kendall’s new favorite phrase is I don’t like that! I am NOT a picky eater, but my husband is so this might be a great way to get her to eat those veggies:)

  15. I realized that I don’t like cooked vegetables, but I will eat most of them in salad form. My favorite is probably red peppers.
