Project Life Tuesday: Week 12
Welcome to Project Life Tuesday 2013 If you are new to The Mom Creative, welcome. I hope you will stay awhile. I’m Jessica – wife to Matthew, mom to Elias, a silly and spirited four-year-old, and Adeline, a spunky one-year-old. I’m also a marketing professional, savvy deal finder, photo lover and memory keeper trying to juggle it all.
Each Tuesday, I share my most recent spread as well as host a linky for readers to link up their pictures/layouts. Some links are affiliate links.
This weekend I worked hard on my Project Life album. I organized, edited and printed three weeks worth of photos. I inserted those photos in my album and completed one week’s of journaling. I skipped to doing Week 12, thinking I would also get Week 11 done before today’s post, but that didn’t happen. Oh well. Next week I’ll post Week 11 and Week 13. It’ll be St. Patricks and Easter all in one week!
Week 12
Pages Used: Design A, Design G, 6 x 12 for 4×6 Photos, Design F
With an egg hunt + my family visiting, there were lots of photos for this week.
My Design A page protector is super simple. I used one journaling card to write about all the photos except the top shot. On that one, I used a scrap of cardstock to journal.
The Design G insert is all photos from the kids’ school Easter party & egg hunt.Adeline is on one side and Elias is on the other.
The circle journaling card is an old Making Memories card from my stash.
The 6 x 12 insert has photos of us dying eggs on the first side. I used a simple tag for journaling and added a little jewel embellishment to the tag hole.
On the back of the 6 x 12 are all photos from the park. I used stickers from American Crafts to embellish the pictures.
The last page was Design F, which I used to incorporate a mix of Instagram (you can follow me here) and phone photos along with SLR shots. I used one journaling card (Jade kit) per row to describe the photos in that row.
Nothing fancy, but lots of stories recorded – just the way I like it.

Great pages this week, as usual. Love that picture of you laughing with Adeline. It is so easy to forget to include our own pictures. Good for you 😉
Thanks for the shout out Jessica! I was like “Ohhh, I need to see that”…then I realized it was me! 🙂
Thank you for the love!! I am especially honored!! I have been coming here for the last couple years and love the new sense of excitement about Project Life. There was very little inspiration a couple years ago, I love coming here and seeing the various ways others work with the same kits. Thank you again!!
