15 Delicious Soup Recipes
It’s January which means we are in the heart of soup for dinner season in my house. Me being on book deadline means lots and lots of soup because the leftovers last for days and it is EASY.
I never grew up eating lots of soup, but Matthew did and he got me hooked when we are dating. Now I could easily eat soup several times a week and not complain. (Unfortunately, my kids would complain- ha!)
If you are looking for some soups to enjoy, I hope this list helps you. I have found that most soup recipes can be altered slightly to work in the crock pot – fyi. 🙂 My favorite beef stew is on this list too.

What are your favorite soup recipes?
One day… One day I’ll make it onto one of your lists! 😉
I actually *just* posted a recipe for Easy Chicken and Dumpling Soup – a favorite in our house.
I couldn’t resist the sound of copy cat Zuppa Toscana! Made it for the dinner the next night and had an Olive Garden at home night with the soup, breadsticks, salad, and Italian Sodas (which we are more apt to get to Old Spaghetti Factory, but whatever). The soup was quite tasty. It did require a good amount of salt and pepper and next time I might add some Italian seasoning. Maybe she uses a more robust sausage? Thanks for the fun link.
