  1. Here are the two dips I make that are the most requested by my friends and family (and they are both really simple!!!)

    BEER DIP
2 pkg cream cheese (16 oz total)
1 tub chive and onion cream cheese (8 oz)
2 pkg Buttermilk Ranch dry dressing mix
about 1/4-1/2 cup beer (any kind you like, including non-alcoholic)
    1 c shredded cheese (I prefer sharp)
In a food processor or with a hand mixer, combine the first 4 ingredients. Start with a smaller amount of beer and add more until you get the consistency you are looking for. Then, add the shredded cheese and hand mix until combined. Let sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving so that the flavors can meld together. Serve with pretzels.

    TACO DIP
2 pkg of cream cheese (16 oz)
    1 packet of Taco seasoning
    milk
Combine the cream cheese and taco seasoning in a food processor or using a hand mixer. Add milk until you get a consistency that is thin enough to not break chips. Serve with tortilla chips. When I want to get fancy, I spread this on a platter and cover with lettuce, tomatoes and green peppers.

  2. Thanks for including my recipe for BLT Hummus! For Super Bowl dips, I’m afraid I’m a sucker for the over-processed but super-delicious dips like Velveeta queso. I’d love to try out the Roasted Cauliflower Pumpkin Swirl Dip that’s featured though! I doubt my boyfriend would try it (which means more for me!).
