Hello & Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Whew! It is hard to believe it is already Monday. My Dad came down from Wisconsin to help with a bunch of updates on our home and the weekend flew by. He and Matthew cut down two trees in our front yard (saving us about $750!) and Dad hung three new light fixtures, a dozens pictures and pieces of wall decor, remodeled two closets and a host of other projects. He was BUSY, and we are so grateful.
Though we have been in our house 18 months and done SO much, this weekend’s projects really made it feel so much more us. We’re having a party this weekend and I am so excited for our friends to see all the updates. I’ll be sharing our finished guest/kids bathroom, as well as more about the party next week. I can’t wait for y’all to see the pictures.
Also, happy St. Patrick’s Day! I have a little Irish in me thanks to my Nana, so we are definitely wearing green today. I also bought a special box of Lucky Charms for this kids and they were so excited to have a bowl this morning. I also made these easy Lucky Charms treats for their lunches. They took less than 5 minutes to make. For more fun St. Patrick’s activities, check out my St. Patrick’s Day board on Pinterest.
Do you do anything special on St. Patrick’s Day?
