  1. I pray that many of the people you talked about might come across this and read it….what an encouragement to them and it also puts us on notice to be pleasant too. What a blessing for you to be accomodated so amazingly….our God sure does watch over our every moment.

  2. thank you for sharing this! I was anxiety-ridden every time I traveled with my oldest when he was an infant – but most people were so gracious and kind and helpful.

  3. That’s beautiful. A reminder to be kind & gracious to those around us. I don’t have children & this was the perfect letter for me to read. Lots of good ideas of how I can be helpful to young moms & dads who might need a hand. Don’t just walk past, even a smile & kind word can do so much.

  4. As a mama who has traveled with kiddos in tow quite a lot I really love this post. What a sweet letter to remind all of us of the goodness of people, the adventure of travel and the importance of noticing and being kind to others. Well done and happy future travels! Kelly

p.s. I’m excited to read your book. Even though I haven’t read it yet, I enjoyed pulling out all of my old scrapbooking things last night and recording some of my husband’s and my dating adventures for an hour and a half after the kids were in bed!
