  1. Girl, I LOVE your advice. As a first time soccer mom, I have no idea what I am doing. Last Saturday I showed up with a cup of coffee in hand and tons of snacks for the team— but no water bottle for my girl or chair for me to sit on. Thank you for these great tips! Looking forward to tomorrow!

  2. Great tips here! I especially like the tip of “Bring plenty of water”. Proper hydration is very important. Soccer involves a LOT of running and the athletes will lose large amounts of water due to sweat when playing. Especially if it is a hot day. It is a good idea to have extra water in case another player forget to bring their. Thanks for sharing this advice!
