  1. Woo hoo! It is the first of the month! I always look forward to your reading posts. Wow, girl! You did have a great month! September was my worst month yet (only two books). With school starting and prepping for students, it basically left me getting home in the evening to cook dinner, do bedtime routine, then pass out on the couch with a book in hand. It is a season. I was thankful that one of my books was Love Warrior. Glennon’s words stopped me in my tracks…I was constantly posting her quotes on social media…goodness gracious, her vulnerability amazes and inspires me.

What are your reading plans this month? I am stuck on what to order through book of the month…I am thinking “The Mothers.” My budget only accounts for one.
Thanks Jess and happy reading in October!!!!

    1. Thanks for your kind words. I am leaning toward The Mothers too. My book stack is quite hefty right now, so we’ll see what I end up selecting. 🙂

  2. I love your book posts! I’ve read several things you’ve recommended and always enjoy them. I made a goal to read 20 books this year, and I just finished my 24th today!!! Keep on posting good ideas.

    1. Way to go! And I’m so encouraged that you have found some good reads through my recommendations. 🙂

      1. I have found so many good reads through you. Glad to encourage. Have you read Echo by Pam Munoz Ryan? (I’m pretty sure I didn’t find that through here.) It’s technically young adult fiction, but it is SO beautiful! I’m not the book recommender that you are, but it’s my mission to tell everyone about this one.
