White Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Ball Ingredients
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup crunchy peanut butter (be sure it is NOT reduced fat)
1.5 cups toasted rice cereal
vanilla bark (16-20 oz)
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Form into balls about 1 inch in size. Refrigerate.
When cold, roll in melted bark. I heat vanilla bark in a double boiler and roll each ball in the bark using 2 forks.
I place the finished ball on a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper and cool before putting in a container.
Yield:
30 peanut butter balls
They are AMAZING. Perfect if you love peanut butter and white chocolate. You can dip them in chocolate if you prefer. They also freeze great and last for months.

I love these. The first half came out great but for some reason my white chocolate got hard and would not remelt.
