First Time in a REAL Pool

Today was a big day!

We took the girls in the pool for the first time. Sure, they have been in a kiddie pool before, but this was the real deal. At first they were a bit scared, especially Emma, but before long they were loving it! It was a scrapbook spread waiting to happen, so I took quite a few pictures… Here are a few of my favorites from the afternoon.

We didn’t think our time at the pool was going to go as happily as Emma is in this picture when we first started out, that’s for sure. It was 95 out, so the water was a little cool at 72… but within minutes, she was giggling, just like in this picture!

Sierra likes having her pacifier at all times… Even while kicking her feet in her mini inner-tube like a little fish! She LOVED the water almost instaneously. She was adorable.
