Wedding Weekend #2 Ahead
Normally in the morning, I wake up and immediately pour myself some cereal before sitting down at the computer to check email and blog. Well, no cereal for me this morning and I am hungry! Hopefully the GD test goes fine. I have my briefcase packed with several work projects to pass the time during the test. Thank you for all the encouragement many of you left! So sweet.
Tomorrow Matthew and I leave for Robert and Colleen’s wedding. As I think I mentioned, I had to have my J Crew bridesmaid dress remade to accommodate my pregnant belly. I found a GREAT seamstress who works out of her home, and she did a fabulous job. A lot is planned for the weekend (the wedding is on Sunday), and I’m sure I will be taking many photos. Matthew and I have both been working a lot, so I am looking at this as a mini getaway for the two of us.
Speaking of Matthew, he has gone right into another project and deadline, so please continue to pray for him during these months prior to Eli’s arrival. There is a lot to do. He will be able to work some this weekend, as I have to attend some bridesmaid specific events. 🙂
Well, I am going to go do a bit of laundry and start packing before I have to leave for the doctor’s office. I will post my results as soon as I receive them.
Jessica,
I hope your test went well. I was fortunate enough to not ever have to do the 3 hour test, but you still have my sympathy. I also hope you have a wonderful weekend! I’m sure your bridesmaid dress will look absolutely beautiful!

I will be praying for your test and for safe travel mercies. Angie has been on my mind since Sunday is Mother’s Day. If you see or speak to her please let her know that Michle is praying for her.
I love reading your blog. You are so pretty pregnant. This is a wonderful time in your life- Celebrate It. I am a mom of 4. My oldest graduates from high school next month and my youngest is finishing the 1st grade. Yikes!!
God Bless and much love,
