First Ear Infection
You would never guess that this little guy has his first ear infection, would you? Poor thing. He just hasn’t been eating much and waking up a lot… We thought it was a combination of teething and a little cold since I am also sick. However, I called the doctor yesterday and the nurse said it may be an ear infection and we should bring him in this morning.
As luck would have it, I received an EarCheck in the mail yesterday. Have you moms heard of this thing before? It’s pretty cool. You just stick it in the baby’s ear and within seconds it checks for fluid in the ear and tells you if the ear is fine, you should monitor it, or take the baby to the doctor. Well, on his right ear it said we should monitor it, but that the left was fine. Matthew and I thought it was so cool that we even checked our ears – no fluid. lol.
Today, his pediatrician said Elias has a very mild ear infection in the right ear, confirming what the EarCheck said! Pretty cool, huh (that the EarCheck was right – not that he has an ear infection)? She is having us keep an eye on him, watch for fever, green snotty nose (gross), not eating at all, pulling on his ear, etc., but prescribed some medicine just in case we need it.
EarCheck graciously is letting me give one away to my readers. (I love giveaways!) So, leave a comment if you would be interested in an EarCheck and I will select a winner Sunday.
Oh, and if you don’t win, you can enter the code TWEET20 at www.earcheck.com to get 20% off your purchase.

I don’t have any kids but the EarCheck would be an awesome shower gift.
I wish I would have know about this sooner. I would love to try it out.
Aww, hope the little man gets to feeling better. Not a mom, so don’t need one, but just wanted to let a comment. Give Elias a hug for me 🙂
That sounds fantastic. Id love to have one. Hope the little guy feels better soon.
Oh, my word! This is SO neat! I’ve never heard of EarCheck before, but my little guy is on antibiotics for an ear infection right now and that really could have been useful!
How fun!
I was just telling someone the other day somebody needed to invent this.
Awww, Hope Elias gets to feeling better soon! He is so adorable!
Cool device – hope the peanut feels better soon! Even when ill he is smiling! Have a good weekend xxx.
oh my gosh, i’ve never heard of EarCheck, but I would love one! I have a three year old and one one the way, due in June.
luckily, my daughter has yet to have an ear infection (knock on wood). i would love to have the ear check! i’ve never heard of it before!
that is so cool!
I would SO love the EarCheck. I have a 4-year-old daughter, and she has had severe ear infections since she was 21 months old. My brother used to have them a lot when he was her age, and he now suffers from slight deafness in one ear. I am so totally paranoid that the same thing is going to happen to my daughter. I know ear infections are very common in children, but I still worry, and worry, and worry LOL!!
That’s so cool!! My husband had a TON of ear infections when he was a kid and quite a few sets of tubes as well. My guess is this will be something we deal with with our kids at some point too!!
What a wonderful gizmo!!! I can’t tell you how many times a year that would come in handy with my 3 kids.
I should look into one for my daughter’s daycare provider too…
Thanks for the info!
I would love an earcheck! As you know I have a 3 month old, so in the coming months it would be great to know if it’s teething or more! Thanks! Hope both you and Elias are feeling better soon!
Never heard of that…how nifty! 🙂
What a neat product–never heard of it. It’ll be great to have for my little one. (lmeadors8 at windstream dot net)
Oh, that would be a wonderful thing to have. I always worry and wonder if my kids have an ear infection. I don’t like to run them to the doctor for every little thing. This would help so much. Thanks!
Wow! What a cool gadget. We’ve had our share of ear infections here, no fun 🙁 Hope Elias is well soon!
That is pretty cool… seeing that my daughter is suffering from her 3rd ear infection in 6 weeks… .I think I NEED that thing!! 🙂
Poor little guy!! I’ve never even heard of EarCheck before, but it sure sounds fabulous!! 🙂
Glad you and Matthew got to check your ears, as well!! You crack me up, however…I probably would’ve done the same!!
Hugs to you all and hope everyone is feeling better ASAP!
Love ya
i would LOVE one of these! my baby is 10 months old and has already had 4 ear infections! it makes me so sad! But this would be a great tool to have just to know for sure if he does or doesnt!
I hope that Elias feels better soon!
How cool is that! – again, the earcheck, not the ear infection. My 4 kids had their fair share of those as little guys. In fact we covered most of the bases of childhood stuff – ear infections, sinus infections (lots of sinus infections still), allergies (again still), asthma (almost disappeared with age), ADHD (makes for a very hard worker with age and a very determined one), lots of testing ending in a diagnosis of autism for one our sweet boys. Life with children is never boring. And so many cool things now that mine are getting older. 🙁 Oh well, at least I had great disposable diapers. If I could only have one modern convenience for babies, I would still choose those – I’m sorry environment – sad, but true.
And no, I wouldn’t guess Elias has an ear infection. Does he ever not smile? He’s adorable – even sick, poor baby.
I would love to have an ear check!
Thanks for sharing Jessica! I had no idea these existed but boy, I sure wish I would have had one by now. My 16 month old just got tubes about four months ago…we had her into the Doctor weekly before then and she would have recurring ear infections and the meds didn’t work. Poor babies…ear infections are painful! Anyway, if I don’t win, I will be buying one! Thanks again, I love your blog and Elias is adorable!
We would love an ear check! Our little baby boy is just a few months younger than Elias. Sounds like a great device.
not that i WANT an EarCheck and the ear infections that come with it! … but i know it will come in handy one day!
glad E is doing alright!
I’d love to have an earcheck. My little boy just had his first ear infection about a week and a half ago. He had it in both ears pretty bad, poor little thing! It would be great to check and know to go to the doctor before it gets too bad.
I would love one!
Our daughter had way too many ear infections when she was younger. Once we found she was allergic to milk….never again!
It would be good to have on hand for the whole family. 🙂
First, I love your blog. You are so creative and talented. I admire how dedicated you obviously are to your son and family and yet you STILL find time to blog and express yourself through your amazing scrapbooking. Sorry that your beautiful baby boy has an ear infection, but luckily he is doing well with it so far.
My little girl (almost the same age as Elias) just got her first ear infection too and she had no signs! I would LOVE an EarCheck. Thanks so much for sharing your find. :o)
I have never heard of this!! I’d love to win!!!
tbmroberts at yahoo dot com
If I don’t win that definitely would be something I would buy. My baby girl is on her second month of double ear infections, it’s awful!
Oh, I would love one of these, actually I need one of these.
Both my boys are prone to ear infections, and I can’t tell you how many times we have skipped going to the dr. thinking they just had a cold and turns out they had an ear infection.
And I can’t tell you how many times I took them thinking they might have one, and they didn’t.
What an awesome device!
Love the picture of Elias. Too sweet! Hope he gets to feeling better soon.
i’ve never heard of the EarCheck before but thats pretty aweomse! Hope Elias starts feling himself again!
I would love one of these. Please enter me in the drawing.
How awesome is that? I have never heard of EarCheck! That would be amazingly handy to have on hand! Thanks for sharing!
I’ve never heard of the earcheck before, sounds kind of neat! I have taken Gage into the doctor before thinking he might have an ear infection, so this sounds like it’d be nice and not waste a trip or let me know that I do infact need to get him in! How cool…would be fun to win it!
God had perfect timing on sending that to your door…cool how he works, isn’t it?!?!
have a great weekend!
chantae
What a great giveaway! I have an 11 month old who hasn’t had his first ear infection yet but I have taken him to the dr. twice because I was sure that’s what it was!! Winning this would save me some copays! 🙂
Wow, that is so neat! As a swimmer, I’ve gotten used to noticing swimmer’s ear, and can get myself to the dr pretty quickly, but ear stuff caused by allergies throws me through a loop!
That sounds amazing, especially since ear infections can be hereditary and Mark and I both had them bad! P.S. We got the gift and I love it. The food book was on my list to get with my gift cards so thank you tons!!!
I alway wondered if they worked, I may have to get one for my little guy. Hope Elias’s ear clears up before you need the Meds
EarCheck sounds awesome! You should look into a chiropractor adjusting Elias before starting antibiotics! They can get rid of the fluid in a more natural way than putting medicine into his little body! 🙂 Just a suggestion!
I have never heard of this…but my first 2 kids both had problems with their ears..all the time. We are expecting our 3rd in May and this sounds like a wonderful must have for the home!!
Kristin
Thank you so very much for the information…
That is awsome. I have not heard of that before. Great to know. Also, on the weaning post, I have two friends that nursed like that in the morning and at night for months, but my milk supply was not able to keep up. Everyone is different so just keep going as long as you can/want to.
Hey! I need that thing today! Thanks for sharing.
We’d love to have the EarCheck!
Sounds like a great product!
Rachel
This sounds great! I would love to have one.
we just got off of ear infection number 4, so i am pretty paranoid. i would love one so I dont bug my dic all the time!
That’s amazing! My daughter had had many EI and this would come in so handy. I’m going to go and check out the site.
How handy is that? I’ve never even heard of that before!
I have always wondered if ‘baby items’ like earcheck really work-and obviously they do. Poor Elias… I hope that he recovers quickly. You have the most precious baby too….
Christine in Cali
What a great thing! That would be handy to have around the house.
-Raquel
sounds cool! would love this for my 3 week old!
I would definitely be interested in this – I am always worried that my kids may have an ear infection and am constantly running them to the doctor.
What an awesome gadget — I hope Walmart or Target starts carrying these!
that would be a good thing to have around. I hope elias feels better soon.
Wow, never even heard of this and it would have been handy during our 3 months of CONTINUOUS ear infection from Nov.-Feb. We eventually had to have tubes and it is so much better. Thanks!
Great giveaway! I had many ear problems when I was a baby, starting at 6 months. I had tubes put in and out over many years, so I understand the pain with them. I am due in November and this would be a blessing for us to have for our little one-to-be.
We had 2 with era infections last week. This would be awesome for my wife, since she is a stay at home momma w/ 3 kids. If I don’t win, this would still be a great gifts for me to get her.
would LOVE to win one for my nephew Griffin who arrives to this world next month 🙂
My three year old has had 3 sets of ear tubes already. He hardly ever shows signs of an infection and that is dangerous. He has had his ear drum bust on more than one occasion due to so much fluid build up. It is HARD to know when he has an infection so we go to the doctor once a month for a check up just in case since most of his infections were found by accident. I NEED one of those ear checker things! I didnt know they had such a thing!
IF you have to give sweet Elias antibiotics I would HIGHLY suggest giving him a pro-biotic as well. It will help him not get an upset tummy. I got mine at a local health food store, you keep them in the fridge. Oh, yogurt works well too but I always do them both since Nate tends to get yucky tummy troubles with antibiotics.
Also, ear infections are often thought to be “teething pain”. OOH, also..I use those teething tablets made by Hylands who also makes EARACHE tablets! YAY! http://www.hylands.com/products/earache.php
And propping his head higher will help the pain too. For a long time I would hold Nate all night because when they lay down all the pressure from the fluid HURTS them so bad! My pedi told me the safe way to prop in the crib is to put a wedge or pillows UNDER the head of his mattress.
WOW-that was ALOT of information! Sorry about that!
i have never heard of earcheck before, how cool!! I have a new baby and would love to have one!
I have never heard of such a thing. Thank you for telling us about it. I would love to get one to keep on hand for my grandchildren, who I see often.
I have heard about this and was wondering how well it really worked. Would love to try it out. Thanks. Love the picture of Elias!
awww what a cutie!! poor thing with an ear infection 🙁
First of all, your little boy is amazingly cute. I know you didn’t need my comment to confirm something you know as fact…but I could not leave here without stating that. I am a mom of two and have not heard of the ear checker. Sounds very neat. Hope your boy recovers quickly. Did he docs know if it was a viral or bacterial infection?
I’ve heard about this thing and wondered about it…sounds like a great tool to have for my little Caedmonster!
I just read about this on CBB and was thinking of ordering one!
I would LOVE to have one of these. My son, Ellis is 2 and during his first 18 mos. he had 7 to 9 ear infections- Yuck. Now we are due with No. 2(Deuce)in May and I think this would come in super handy!
oh I so wish I had one of those! Konner had them all the time….Victoria not so much but K…I thought he was going to need tubes but they stopped…but for awhile there it was 3x a year….
Earcheck sound neat! I hate agonizing over whether or not to bring them into the Dr. Is it just a cold or something more?
With a 3 1/2 yo who lived with ear infections before she got tubes, I’m guessing the three month old is likely to follow in her footsteps on that. I’d love an ear check to guide us on the journey of ENT visits this time around.
Poor Elias. Those ear infections can keep you fooled for so long. The EarCheck looks like such a cool product. I hope E gets better over the weekend 🙂
I’d love to have this!! I just heard about this yesterday and thought I would love to have this with baby number 2 on the way.
Stephanie B.
This would be great to give my friend for her kids. Love your giveaways!
Even though my son was breastfed until he was 1, he still has gotten 3 ear infections! (Supposedly they are not supposed to get as many if b.f.) And it is so hard to spot the symptoms with him; we usually end up taking him in for something else and they discover an ear infection. This handy dandy earcheck sounds awesome! I’d love to have one!
I’d love one!
I was just reading about this Ear Check on Celebrity Babies Blog – sounds so cool! Eli has been sick this week and we thought it might have been an ear infection – one of these would have been great! Turns out he has a cold (like me) and may be teething too. I hope Elias feels better soon!!
We are going through the same thing with my baby girl right now! Not sure if it’s just a cold/teeth or something more. What a cool product!
I would love one of these!
I saw this in a catalog, and considered getting it….it’s so hard to tell what’s going on with a little one when they can’t tell us!
Hope Elias feels better
I’ve never heard of such a thing. With a new baby it would sure come in handy. I hope Elias gets well soon! Poor little guy.
I’ve heard of this and always wanted one! My two girls both had tons of ear infections. They both ended up with tubes, and the oldest is on her second set of tubes! I’m having another baby and have joked about having the hospital put tubes in before we bring him/her home from the hospital. Hope I win! 🙂
Wow – I have never heard of this! I am amazed at all the medical advances we have. PTL!!Thanks fro the chance to enter. Glad it was such good timing for you to receive it.
What an interesting invention! Hope your little guy gets better soon!
Never heard of this! Great idea. My niece struggles with ear infections and I’m sure my sister would love this.
BLESS YOU! We have been dealing with continuous ear infections with Elijah since October…would love this! Thanks for the info!
Oops, that last comment was from Amy Beck!
That is so cool. And ironically I was just reading about these today. As my daughter who is 20months just got diagnosed with her first ear infection. And it really works. AWESOME. Great blog by the way!
I am so sorry your little guy has an ear infection!
I need one of these so badly! My little guy has a habit of pulling on his ear but when I am sick I am always wondering is it an ear infection or is it just his habit. It makes me crazy worrying about his poor ears.
Never heard of the EarCheck – how cool! Wish I had one when the kids were babies. They would get them and we would only know b/c of the snot as they would act normal. I think my kids have a high tolerance for pain. It would be great to still have one of those little things though!
thanks for this chance, I haven’t had any ear infection dr. visits for my daughter yet, but this is a great idea!
Seriously?!? How cool is that (the monitor not the ear infection)? I’ve never heard of EarCheck before. How very handy! =)
Wow, wish they had that when my children were younger. But I would love to get one for my daughter and my grandchildren! Without health insurance especially, this could be a great way to know if they really do need to see the dr at times, when you suspect an ear infection.
Glad it helped you with getting your little one in.
Teresa
I’d love to win one! Thanks for the recommendation also…I’ve heard of this but never heard if it really worked well or not.
Wow – what a cool device! My son just had his first ear infection, also in the early stages but that night was hell. I was about ready to bring him into the ER but waited it out and went to the doctor the next day and sure enough it was an ear infection. Wish I had the EarCheck back then…
Have you seen those new temporal thermometers? I just picked one up at Costco – they’re pretty cool too!
We get ear infections with every new tooth. One of these would be so helpful since my daughter never gives us any warning signs!
Kelly
i would be very interested in such a tool. i never experienced an ear ache/infection with my first child… i’d love to have an easy to use tool to help me with baby numero dos when it gets here, just in case you know.
I SO need one of these. I will be buying one if it is not my lucky day. Thanks for doing this! And I also hope that Elias is back to normal in no time at all!
Jen O.
hope i wouldn’t have to use it…but, would love it if i do! thanks
I NEED one of those!! I hate when I take my kids to the Dr because I think they might have an ear infection, only to find out they are fine! It would be nice to have a little more info before going to the Dr!
Hi Jessica! I just love reading your blog. My little Eli (Elijah) was born in November so we’re just a few months behind Elias’ milestones. I found you while following Angie Smith’s story and must admit I check up on you every few days. The EarCheck sounds great! I hadn’t heard of it before but would love one 🙂
Blessings!
My son gets them A LOT. What a neat tool!
This would be so helpful for my three-month old boy! I am sorry your little guy is sick, I hope he feels better soon!
I can honestly say that I’ve never had an ear infection in my life. I’m pretty sure that makes me a freak of nature. Let’s hope Cecilia gets those genes (the no ear infections part, freak-not so much).
sleepingKelly@sleepingKelly.com
I am sorry to hear that Elias had his first ear infection. My daughter has ear infections too. The older she has gotten, the less they have occurred. No tubes though. I haven’t heard of EarCheck, but would love to have one. It sounds wonderful. I hope he gets to feeling better soon.
No ear infections in all of these months is a true testament to the amazing immunity he’s getting from being breastfed! Yay! Hope he is feeling better though. Great giveaway.
Thankfully, my little girls rarely get ear infections…but, this would be great to have on hand!
Get well, Elias!
I’ve seen those at Wal-mart and wondered if they really worked! It’s great to hear they do. I have a 3 year old that’s very prone to ear infections…you just never know if she’s got one or not!
Hope Elias is feeling better ASAP!
I would love to win an EarCheck!
I’ve never heard of the Earcheck before, but it definitely sounds like something worth checking out!
I’d love to win one. Last week BOTH of my young children had ear infections and BOTH of them had BOTH of their ear drums rupture! Thanks for the giveaway!
I am loving it. It is so hard to tell when the little ones have ear infections.
I would love an ear check! My little guy suffers from chronic ear infections. Every winter we get to the point where they talk about tubes, and then Spring hits and we’re fine until late fall. It’s just that his darn eustachean(sp?) tubes are so oddly shaped that any time he gets a cold it turns into an ear infection. Anyway, there have been a few times we *thought* there was an infection, and of course, it wasn’t. It would be great to save the trip to the doctor! In the meantime, I hope Elias is feeling better and that he gets well soon!! Anything to keep that cute little smile on his face. 🙂
Okay, that is the coolest thing I’ve ever heard of.
that is the coolest thing ever!!! I could totally use it for my Godson (we all live together, his parents and my husband and I).
I hope Elias feels better soon! I would love to win an ear check. It sounds like it works pretty good! Thanks for having this giveaway.
-Christy in OH
Wow! As a new mom, this would be great!
OMG I was just wondering today if I needed to get one of these. Both of my twins have now had their first ear infections. One of them constantly has fluid on his ears that is hindering his speech we are thinking so I was wondering if these really did work. Hmm…must check them out for sure now that someone has confirmed they do work. 🙂
I would love to give EarCheck a try! There’s nothing more frustrating than having to go into the dr. not being absolutely sure they’ve actually got one…cuz then you just look like a mom who can’t “deal” with a little fussing. LOL! Plus, it would be awesome to be on top of things and know when they actually are “starting” to get bad….rather than wait for the endless screaming. At happens, trust me.
Hi Jessica, My brother had a very bad ear infection when he was about a year old and the pain was so bad that he would bang his head and hum and it caused him to have damage to his brain. so it is very important to monitor your baby’s ears. He is in his thirties today and has learning disablilites. I would love to be the winner of the awesome tool.
Never heard about the EarCheck. I would love one!
That is so cool! 🙂 I’d love the chance to win one. Hope he feels better really soon. 🙂
Melissa
OKC, OK
So glad to hear about this! Hope Elias feels better soon …
I really need this. I have three children and one that has constant ear infections. Hope Elias feels better soon.
Rebecca from Big Island
It’s so nice site. We love to see more on this site. Keep on updating… MonkAreYou Bali *ghghnf
Would love this for baby-to-be! 🙂
I remember my little guy’s first ear infection. He’s very prone to them, so I’m going to have to check this out! What an awesome tool.
I hope little Elias is restored quickly. The ear check sounds awesome!
Wow – what an awesome invention. Both of my kids have had to have tubes. This would save a new mom hours of worry.
I am a mom to five children plus a foster mom to little babies. I would LOVE to be able to have one of these.
DeAnne Barker
Sounds like an awesome little gadget… My son is prone to ear infections, so this would be wonderful… Thanks for sharing!!
That sounds like a very cool thing to have around. Plus, with my new baby due any minute, I am sure it would come in handy.
OMG this earcheck thing is so cool. I have a friend whose kids seem to have ear infections all the time, I’d love to be able to get one for her, think it would help her out and those poor kids from suffering too long.
I would love an EarCheck. My girls both have problems with ear infections and fluid building up in their ears so this would be very helpful so I don’t always have to take them in.
I have twins and we have only had 3 ear infections, so I feel lucky. But, this would be great, since they still can’t tell me what hurts!
would love the ear check for my baby boy.
Since I’m sitting here nursing my baby girl who is up yet again in the night and isn’t eating well (uh-oh), I think this would be a perfect thing to have!:)
Too cool! I’ve never heard of this but I definitely need one for my 6 month old!
I totally need one of these! My poor girl gets ear infections all the time. Why haven’t I heard of this until now?
Mary
I have never hear of this! Thanks for sharing.
I need to invest in EarCheck. There are so many times I wonder if we need to make that trip to the Dr. Thanks!
my daughter had one ear infection after another. sick babies just break you heart:(
What a important/cool thing to have on hand! Thanks. Hope your little guy feels better!
I would LOVE this. I have twin daughters who have had tubes – one of them have had 4 sets – 2 year last year alone. We have a recurring problem with fluid and she can’t tell until her grades being to fall b/c the hearing loss is so gradual. This would be so handy!
So sorry Elias is sick but hopefully he will get better soon.
That sounds awesome! I’d love to have one.
Praying for Elias not to get any of the other mentioned symptoms. I have never heard of EarCheck but it sounds great!! As the mom of a 7 mo old myself, I always worry if mine has an ear infection when he starts pulling at his ears – it is just so hard to tell sometimes, especially when they don’t run a fever. Thanks and have a great weekend!!
jennifer h.
That is such a precious pic of Elias!
I would love one, hopefully saves us a trip to the doc!
Thanks!
Hope he’s feeling better now.
Earcheck sounds like it would come in handy for us! Thanks for offering it.
I he continues to get ear infections you might want to take him to a chiropractor to get adjusted…I know it sounds weird but I have a friend who takes her kids and they used to have chronic ear infections…and they don’t anymore!! Hope he feels better soon!!
Two things…
1) I would love the EarCheck. Morgan has had quite a battle with ear infections so it would be very helpful.
2) I gave you an award! Not because of the giveaway, but because I love your blog!
http://missmorganhope.blogspot.com/2009/03/blog-awards.html
Wish we’d had these 30 years ago! Never heard of them before your blog. My daughter with four kids (5, 3, 18 mo and 10 weeks goes to the doctor all the time with ear infections. She needs one! Love your blog and Elias is adorable. My 2-year-old granddaughter asks, who’s that? And I say Elias, like he’s somebody we know (lol) But I feel like I know y’all. Thanks. Hope he feels better soon.
I would LOVE an Ear Check! 🙂 My 7 month old just had her first ear infections and this sounds like a great product!
Cristian has his first ear infection (also in the right ear) just a few weeks ago. He has smiling the whole time, just like Elias! I only took him to the doc because he had a little cough. Otherwise I would have never known he was even sick! I would love an EarCheck!
Oh, I had no idea such a product was out there! Our daughter had ear infections ALL the time before she finally had to have tubes, and she rarely ever showed signs of being sick/irritated.
I’d love to have an EarCheck for our family!
My son is 8 months and is on antibiotics for an ear infection. This is actually the 3rd infection he has had in his short life. I would love to have an EarCheck! Hope Elias feels better!
That would be the neatest thing ever for my Mother’s Day Out program. We are constantly seeing children who have ear infections, and it would be nice to be able to help the parents catch it early before it becomes a bad ear infection.
You find the greatest and most unique things. Thanks for sharing them!
This is so cool! I would love to have one of these!! /hope Elias feels better soon.
So interested! It sounds pretty cool!
I have never heard of this! How nice to it would be to have something on hand!
This would be a great thing considering our son just got his 1st ear infection last week. He was on medicine for 10 days but I am really worried that it is not gone. He keeps tugging at his ears and looks so sad when he does it. 🙁 Hope Elias is feeling better soon!! 🙂
Yay for giveaways! I would love one of those, I had never heard of it. I have a three week old and it would be great to have on hand.
My nephew had ear infection after ear infection and he was never happy. I have heard great things about ear check. Hope Elias is better soon.
member(dot)thao(at)gmail.com
Elias is so cute! Even for a little guy who is sick!! I would love to win the EarCheck!! Thanks for the chance! Gell Well Elias and Jessica!!!
Cindy T.
YAY I heart give aways =) I’d love to have this for our grandbaby.
Have a Blessed evening,
Dawn
This would be fantastic in our house. My 19 month old son has chronic ear infections and at 9 months had tubes put in because he’d had 12 ear infections in 5 months. Yes, 12, could have been more – I finally stopped counting. Well, even after the tubes he still got them and so they took the tubes AND his adenoids out at 13 months. Now we’ve been on a preventative antibiotic since October – just in case. It’s a lot to think that should we take him off the antibiotic he’ll be right back where he was 1 year ago.
Hope Elais feels better soon! I have a 3 month old myself. I was lucky with my 5 year old not to have any ear infections. I hope I can get as lucky with my new little one.
This sounds like an awesome invention!
Poor Elias. The earcheck sounds awesome. I’ve never heard of it. I would love to try it (though I don’t desire the need for one).
My daughter currently has her 3rd set of tubes with another recheck and surgery date set up for summer due to infections. What a cool gift that would be!
What a cool thing…would be handy to have around the house for my daughter.
Hope Elias is feeling better soon.
Sounds like just what we need. Hope the babe gets better soon.
What a cool product!! This would be great for my 6 month old. I hope your little peanut feels better soon 🙂
I could totally use one of these! Thanks for entering me in the drawing :). lizzybreseeatyahoodotcom
I have never heard of that before, how neat! My little 16 month old boy is constantly pulling on his ears and always worries us of infections! That would be something great to have at the house to easy the mommy anxiety! 🙂
OOOOHHHH…I’ve never heard of that, but sure would love one!
I wish I knew about this! My little dude is prone to ear infections so this would be great to have and catch them early.
Thanks – and I hope your little guy feels better soon!
I’ve heard of this and think it is so cool! I had many ear infections as a child, and this would have been great to have!
I have never heard of these before but they sound wonderful. My older son has a ear infection right now and I am worried about my younger son. I wish I had one right now to check with!
Wow, we are in the midst of our third double ear infection in 6 weeks, this would be great!
I’ve never heard of this before, but I’d love to try it out!
Never heard of the EarCheck. Thanks for introducing it. I would love to win one!
As an experienced Audiologist and a mommy to be in just three weeks, I believe a product with this intention has been needed by parents for years! I just hope it is easy to use CORRECTLY without giving false readings and confusing parents. Would love to try it on several little ones including my own!
