  1. I love this idea. We actually have one hand print keepsake, but I haven't used it yet because I have heard about how many tries it takes to get it right. I love the idea of having one impression for every yr. Thats such a cute idea.

  4. That is a very good idea! I have never seen the handprint tower! jjxmiller@gmail.com. I have a plaster paris handprint of myself at 3 yrs old, and one of my 10 yo son and about the same age. I haven't done one for my 9 mo yet!

    Have a great day! Janelle

  5. Wow this is an awesome way to make a memory. I am a foster parent, and the baby I have will be 1 next month we have had him from birth, this would really be something nice to give to his birth mother if/when he goes back to her. She cant be here for his big moments in his first year, but at least she could be able to to have a print of his little hand.

When I became a foster parent I painted a big tree on the wall, and I let all of "my kids" put their hand print (or foot print) on it,(to make leaves) and label it with their name and age. They leave their mark on my house and I have a way to remember them long after they are gone.

  6. This is too cute! My boy turns one next month it would be awesome to start this with him! My girl turned 6 on July 12! A bit late for her!

    Thanks for another great giveaway!

  10. Hi Jessica

No need to enter me into this one but I wanted to let your readers know that I saw a fantastic handprint idea on Becky Higgins blog. You paint a small canvas a nice primary colour, then in a contrasting colour paint your child's hand and stamp it on the canvas.

The best part is you have one canvas for each year and the arrangement only looks better the older they get ( ie. the more you have).

  11. I follow your blog and love to see what's going on in your life.

I'd love to win this, not for myself, but for a friend of mine. She's going through a rough patch with her husband and is giving birth in 2 months….yeah I know. Anyway, I think this would be a nice surprise for her.
