Should Santa Text?

Today I am quoted in an article for The Tennessean about Santa going digital. At our local mall you can pay almost $10 to have Santa text message your kid.

What?

I think that takes the magic out of the season.

Santa to me is about hand-written notes, cookies, traditions, etc. – not text messages and emails.

I hope when Elias is older that we will sit at the table and write him a letter, not send a text or email.

I guess I am old fashioned.
