A Snow Day Without Snow
Being a Wisconsin girl who walked all over the UW campus in 30 degrees below zero with two feet of snow, I have to laugh every time Tennessee thinks it is going to get snow. Seriously, most of Middle Tennessee canceled school last night because of the chance of snow.
The chance of snow.
Now, I realize the state doesn’t have the same man power/tools to plow, salt, etc., but it seems premature to cancel school before there even is snow.
Today all the schools in our county are closed.
There is no snow on the ground.
Thankfully our day care is open.
We’ll be bundling the boy up like this for the cold weather. (Photo taken earlier this week. I am a sucker for hats with ears.)
What are snow days like where you live?
