Project Life Tuesday: Week Seven

Welcome to Project Life
Thank you so much for joining in the fun. It is a pleasure encouraging one another to stay focused on this wonderful project. You can do it!
Sunday, February 14 – Melissa and Dan left Sunday morning to go back to Wisconsin. We had such a great visit with them. I love how much Elias adores them both.
Monday, February 15 – Matthew bought me beautiful roses this weekend for Valentine’s. Overnight they bloomed just like magic. I love receiving flowers!
Tuesday, February 16 – Fat Tuesday was always “Pancake Day” to Matthew’s family, especially his beloved Mammom, so we carry on the tradition by having pancakes for dinner. Matthew and Elias were in heaven. Clearly, I am not the greatest pancake flipper.
Wednesday, February 17 – This morning, I made dinner to take to a family that has a sick father. I love making meals to minister to people. I made baked spaghetti, bought fresh bread and made peanut butter cookies. Elias “helped” by keeping himself occupied with Tickle Me Elmo and an oven mitt. Matthew delivered the meal in the afternoon.
Thursday, February 18 – I love this picture, even though it is blurry. Elias and Daddy reading. It is a nightly occurrence. This nursery rhyme book especially tickled Elias.
Friday, February 19 – No picture today. Instead, I am incorporating art work sent home from day care!
Saturday, February 20- It was beautiful outside this weekend. On Saturday, Elias and I went for a walk in our neighborhood. While strolling, Nana and Auntie Sissy called. Elias loved talking to them on the phone.
(I am torn by which picture to use – the one that you can see his face in the phone or the one that is a great detail shot of the phone. What do you think?)
