An Interview with Adie Camp
Yesterday I had the pleasure of spending some time with Adie Camp and her sweet girls. I first met Adie when I was dating Matthew and she was dating her now husband Jeremy. I immediately liked her. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. We don’t get to see them very often (though we always swear to not go so long into visit), but every time we do get together, I am so blessed by our time. She has a beautiful heart and is a patient, gentle mother.
Adie’s newest album Just You and Me releases on Tuesday. While I could go on and on about Adie and how great the album is, I thought it would be more fun for everyone if we did a little video together. So that is what we did. Join us in her beautiful home for a few minutes and learn about her story and her love for the Lord – oh, and be sure to check out her blog for her thoughts of motherhood, faith, and more.
My favorite song on the album is Beautiful Lord, which you can listen to on Adie’s MySpace page. You can also listen to another song from Just You and Me called, Where Could I Go, here.
You can purchase Just You and Me on Amazon for only $6.99. What a deal! I totally recommend purchasing the CD so you can listen to it in the car (unless you are one of those people who has a fancy i-pod hook-up in their car. Our adapter never seems to work well). The album is worth every penny – I have a feeling it will be one of those albums I love just as much in five years as I do now. I know you will be blessed by Adie’s music.
Like I said, in the video, I have five copies of the album to give away. Just leave a comment with your favorite worship song or why you would like the album to be entered to win!
