Project Life Tuesday

Sunday, March 21- The bathroom remodel continued this weekend with texturing the walls on Sunday. We diluted drywall mud, then rolled it on with a roller. It worked great!

Monday, March 22: No picture.

Tuesday, March 23: Rosemary and I went to Louisiana today for a three-day trip. The first stop was New Orleans. We rode the red line down Canal to pick up our rental car. It was so fun!

Wednesday, March 24- Rosemary and I were in the North Shore this morning and then Baton Rouge in the afternoon. After the focus groups, Colleen picked me up and we got to spend a few hours together. It was so fun! We hadn’t seen each other since her wedding almost two years ago. She is so dear to me.

Thursday, March 25- We ended our trip back in New Orleans. After a productive morning, we had a delicious lunch at Zea Cafe. It was only a mile away, but of course we made a wrong turn and it took us three times as long to get there.

Friday, March 26 – Elias is really pushing his limits lately, and time outs happen almost every day. Matthew usually is the one doing them. I love how Elias is looking at me instead of Daddy in this picture. So typical. 🙂

Saturday, March 27- Alyson and I took Elias to Cheekwood for its annual free day on Saturday. We really enjoyed the weather and our time together – until Elias had a meltdown when he dropped his paci in the middle of the pond.
