Sunday, October 3: Elias loved video chatting with Uncle Danny and Teetee on the computer tonight. They played peek-a-boo and Elias laughed and laughed.

Monday, October 4: No photos

Tuesday, October 5: I recently put our cake stand in the kitchen. I love it – especially when there’s cake in it.

Wednesday, October 6: I am so excited that I got a Staub dutch oven this week, thanks to some credits from One Kings Lane (my friend the Nester convinced me to buy it). Now I just need some recipes! (please let me know if you know of any good ones.)

Thursday, October 7: Elias had a meltdown when it was time to go to bed. Since my camera was in my lap, I secretly took a few shots. Hilarious. He is just so dramatic. (Wonder where he gets it from?)

Friday, October 8: Elias was so cute playing with his blocks this morning. He loves building the blocks up really high, then knocking them down.

Saturday, October 9: Elias was so cuddly this morning when he got up. He wanted to sit with me under our new quilt, hold his day-old balloon and watch Sesame Street. It was the perfect lazy Saturday morning.
