Project Life Tuesday: Week Three
Welcome to Project Life Tuesday 2011! If you are new to The Mom Creative, welcome. I hope you will stay awhile. I’m Jessica: wife to Matthew, mom to Elias, a delicious two-year-old, with another on the way, a marketing professional, savvy deal finder, photo lover and memory keeper trying to juggle it all.
I started Project Life Tuesday in 2010 because:
- I needed to keep myself accountable and on top of my photos each week.
- My family loved being able to count on a weekly post with pics of my sweet Elias.
- I thought others might want to keep themselves accountable too.
It was a huge blessing and so I am excited to do it all over again!
Each Tuesday, I post my pictures/journaling from the previous week, as well as host a linky for readers to link up their pictures. Please be sure to include the Project Life Tuesday button in your post.
Sunday, Jan 16: Because of all my traveling for work, I did a lot of laundry this weekend. Elias decided to play with the clean clothes by bringing everything into the living room, and wearing my Hanes underwear. (Not the sexiest underwear, but so comfy! Seriously loving the cotton covered bands.)
Monday, Jan 17: We had crock pot beef stew and biscuits for dinner tonight. Elias loved helping me make the biscuit dough. He was so cute rolling it!
Tuesday, Jan 18: 17 weeks!
Wednesday, Jan 19: I’m so proud of myself. I kill plants, so when I bought this $12 orchid last year, I thought that once the blooms fell off, that would be the end. Well, with a little guidance from my boss (who has an orchid green thumb), I have two new blooms and four buds!
Thursday, Jan 20: Matthew spoke about social media at a World Vision conference on Thursday. He had a blast and really enjoyed connecting with many independent artists. (picture coming soon)
Jan 21: Today I spoke at Southwest Airlines Headquarters #BlogCon, an event for employees who were selected to be part of the company’s blogging team. The panelists included Lincee (check out her Bachelor recaps!) and Bryan, who were delightful, funny and savvy. It was awesome. And yes, I am a midget and Bryan is a giant.
Jan 22: Elias LOVES making messes right now…
Your turn!
