Kiwi Crate: Easy Crafting with Your Kids
When I was a little girl, I used to love to craft with my mom.
Now that I am a mom, I love to craft with Elias (and Adeline’s day is coming!). The internet certainly offers a wealth of inspiration of fun projects, but honestly, with working full-time, it can sometimes be difficult to go buy the supplies and get everything together. Please tell me someone can relate!?
So, when I was offered to partake in a blog review tour and receive a free Kiwi Crate monthly crafting kit club for families, I had to try it!
Here’s how Kiwi Crate works:
You pay $19.95 a month and a box with craft and science projects geared toward 3-7 year olds is sent to your home.
At first I thought, this seems pricey. I could probably round-up the supplies cheaper.
While you probably could, chances are you wouldn’t save that much – and the time you save makes it worth it.
Elias was giddy when I told him the green box was for him – and even more excited that the box had his name on the mailing label. He couldn’t wait to open the box, discover what was inside and get right to work.
I was super impressed by the creative projects, quality design and easy to follow instructions. Our kit included a space mobile and rocket ship. The instructions also include practical questions to encourage learning, which I loved.
While I probably could have come up with something similar, I am sure I couldn’t have found everything at my local craft store (like the cute planets chipboard).
If you have read this blog for awhile, you know I am all about crafting and saving money. I truly think Kiwi Crate is a great value because it offers:
- quality products and projects
- time savings of not having to put together a project and
- parents the tools to get crafty and make memories with their little ones.
I hope you will take advantage of this and try Kiwi Crate! It’s such a good deal and if you have young kids, you will be so glad you did. (and if you don’t love it, you can totally cancel your membership).
I love crafting with my kids. 🙂

This is very interesting. I doubt we have anything like this available locally. Someday when I have kids I would love to do crafts with kids, but I’m one of those who will need a LOT of help to get started and to put projects together. 🙂
Hey Vera – Kiwi Crate would be perfect for you. The great thing is Kiwi Crate ships to you, so local doesn’t matter. 🙂
This is awesome! I just ordered it. I can’t wait to not have to “dread” those art projects. Now it tells me how and gives me the supplies, fabulous!
It is so, so cool! (And I don’t even dread projects)
Where can I put in the 25% code too? There is no blank to add it. It just says “referral” under codes. Do you have to subscribe yearly for that? Thanks! Looks very cute! How quickly did your first box come?
No, you can cancel anytime. You cannot combine the codes.
Also, I can’t speak to the timing of the box mailing since mine was sent specifically for review.
Great offer… thanks. My mother-in-law bought one for the kids for Easter and it arrived the second week of May. So, it took about 6 weeks for delivery.
