Introducing a Link-Up Celebrating YOU
Photos from the Instagram #FringeHours stream
Those of you who have been readers for awhile, might have noticed something has been missing the past two months – Project Life Tuesday. It just sort of happened. With the end of my pregnancy and the holidays, I just missed it one month. Then Ezra was here and I missed it again.
I started thinking about Project Life Tuesday and realized that it felt time to start something fresh and more inclusive. Project Life is amazing and will always be one of the things that I chose to do in my fringe hours.
But maybe that’s not true for you.
Maybe you sew.
Or cook.
Or bake.
Or read.
Or write.
With the launch of The Fringe Hours: Making Time for You right around the corner, I have been thinking a lot about the passions women have and the importance of making time for those passions week after week. Whatever your thing is – that thing that makes your heart swell with joy because you do it just for you – that is the thing I want to celebrate.
So, starting next week Friday, February 13 I will host a new link-up called Fringe Friday. Each week you are invited to link a blog post or Instagram sharing something you did in your fringe hours. It might be a Project Life spread. Or it might be a new recipe. Or a craft project. Or something else.
It is my hope that Fringe Friday will turn into a day of inspiration and celebration.
I’m so, so excited about it and hope you will plan to join in.
Note: If you haven’t yet pre-ordered The Fringe Hours: Making Time for You, what are you waiting for? You won’t be charged until it ships and I know this book is going to help inspire you in so many practical ways. Invest in yourself and pre-order now.
I LOVE this! Scrapbooking is definitely not my thing (I wish it was! Lol!), but I LOVE books, and baking AND writing. I’m definitely in. 🙂 Congrats on the new book. I can’t wait to read it.
Such a great idea. I’m excited to participate. Congrats on the book and your precious little boy. Take care.
Yes, I’m looking forward to linking up!
I write in my Fringe Hours. I love to write creative nonfiction and poetry. I am also working on a YA novel.
