The Gift Guide for Every Woman + Giveaway

I am so excited to share this gift guide with you. For several years, I have dreamed of offering a gift guide on The Mom Creative because I LOVE giving gifts so much. It is definitely better to give than to receive.

2015 seemed like the perfect year to finally offer a guide because of my books The Fringe Hours: Making Time for You and My Fringe Hours: Discovering a More Creative and Fulfilled Life. The heart of both books is that women must make time to steward their passions and take care of themselves.

Each gift idea in the guide was carefully curated with a fringe hours mindset. I asked myself, what are gifts will foster creativity, passion and joy from the recipient? The items I found do just that.

The gifts are broken down by category for ease of shopping. From the book lover to the woman who needs encouragement, a wide-variety of products are available. You’ll also find a few coupon codes at the back of the book, which will help you save more money while you shop. (I love a good coupon!)

If you have your shopping done, you’ll still want to view it to read my 6 tips for making time for you this holiday season (we all need this advice!). Of course, every item perfectly pairs with a Fringe Hours book. Take your pick – the navy blue trade book that is chock full of stories, tips and inspiration for making time for you, or the hard cover white gift book that is more of an exploration and personal journey, with lots of space for journaling and creative exercises. These books are permission slips for women to live creative, fulfilled lives and are a must-buy this holiday season.

  4. I still need to buy a few gifts for my disabled brother who lives with me.
    He’s pretty easy to shop for, b/c he loves to receive gifts of food (pringles, candy, etc).

  6. I still have everyone to shop for because I am an 11th hour shopper. I’ve found if I do it all too early, I keep thinking I need to purchase more. Weird self discipline issue I guess. So I start slow then go out with a bang!

  12. I did some Black Friday shopping from my comfy couch and got most of my 4 children’s gifts…still have siblings to shop for and finish parents and inlaws. The joys of a large family!!!

  25. … oh so many people. I still need to buy for my in-laws, my sister, my brother-in-law, at least like three other people… I wanted so badly to buy early this year, but NOBODY would even THINK about givng my gift ideas! Oh well. Maybe next year.
