Hi Jessica! I’m trying to fill out the preorder form and there are 2 boxes available in the section where you are to submit the retailer, date, and transaction number but it does not indicate which one is which and there are only 2 spots. Help! Just want to fill it out correctly … thanks! I took a screen shot but couldn’t attach it. I hope this makes sense!
